400 Returnees Job-Placed
Milestone reached in our civic-responsibility garment training initiative.
We are proud to share that 400 returnees have now completed our practical garment-sector training program and been placed in jobs across Addis Ababa's manufacturing and atelier sectors.
Every cost — tuition, materials, transport, and stipend — was covered by Next Fashion Design College as part of our civic-responsibility mandate. The initiative was designed to give returning workers immediately employable skills and a dignified path back into Ethiopia's growing garment economy.
This milestone sits alongside our longstanding scholarship program, under which we historically sponsored 40 of every 100 students under full scholarships — a commitment we maintained for two decades.
